Everyone is welcome to come along to our Sunday services and the other events that run during the week.

However, if you are a Christian and you come along to our Church regularly, you may want to formalise your commitment by coming into membership.  You'll find that our members are people just like you and me.

There is a responsibility about being a member because you are one of the people who make up the Church. There is also a great deal of satisfaction in belonging to a group of like-minded people.  People who want to become a member, first spend a few hours with Dave Gooderidge, our Pastor, to make sure that they understand what it's all about and that we have a mutual understanding about what membership of Lymington Baptist Church means.

Members are welcomed into the Church during a Sunday service, thereby publicly showing their commitment. As a Member, you come along to Church Members Meetings and you vote on important issues.  In other words, you have a voice in the running of what is now "your" Church.  Talk to Dave or Nigel if you want to know more.
